Once set up, you’ll log your income and expenses using intuitive dropdowns and checkboxes. Dates auto-calculate, taxes are applied automatically, and totals update in real time. From there, the rest of the spreadsheet updates itself ,  your dashboards, calendars, and reports pull data from your entries to give you a clear view of how your rentals are performing.
