You don’t need to be a spreadsheet pro to use it. Everything is designed to be user-friendly and flexible.

How It Works

Start by opening the Setup tab, where you’ll customize key elements like your currency, workdays, holidays, and dropdown menus. You can even add emojis to visually track the status of tasks and projects.

Once setup is complete, move into the Task Tracker. This is where you’ll list all your tasks, assign team members, set priorities, define deadlines, and track progress. The tool automatically calculates how many days are left, and completed tasks get marked off with a checkbox and strike-through.

At the top of the Task Tracker, visual charts show task stats like priority distribution and completion rates. You can also filter tasks by almost any parameter, making it easy to zoom in on what's urgent.

The Communication Log helps you track meetings and updates. Record agendas, participants, action items, and follow-ups all in one place. You can even attach files or jot down notes for future reference.

The Kanban Board gives you a visual overview of tasks by category and priority. It's synced with the Task Tracker, so any updates you make are reflected here. You can filter tasks directly in the board for focused project views.

In the Project Overview tab, you can manage larger projects that contain multiple tasks. Track client names, deadlines, status, assigned project managers, and even budget and revenue details. Progress is calculated automatically, and you’ll see real-time stats on active and completed projects.

For scheduling, the Gantt Chart provides a visual timeline of tasks within a project. Define each task's start and end dates, assign team members, track delays, and customize colors to stay organized. The chart updates automatically based on your inputs and even highlights holidays and weekends based on your setup.

Need to plan costs? The Project Budget tab allows you to break down labor, materials, and fixed costs for each task. You can compare estimated versus actual expenses, calculate profit, and use built-in charts to visualize your financial performance.

The Feedback and Improvement section helps track internal or client feedback and record what actions were taken. It’s great for ongoing improvement and documenting lessons learned.

Finally, the Dashboard brings everything together. See an overview of today’s tasks and projects, track progress, and jump to the Kanban or Gantt view in a single click. It’s your command center for staying on track.

What formats are your spreadsheets available in?

Our spreadsheets are available in both Excel and Google Sheets formats. If you are a Mac user, our products will not work under Apple Numbers, so we invite you to use Excel for Mac, or the Google Sheets version of our spreadsheets.

Do your spreadsheets come with instructions or support?

Yes. Each spreadsheet purchase includes written instructions and access to a detailed YouTube tutorial. You can find all our tutorials on our YouTube Channel

How do I receive the spreadsheet after purchase?

Upon purchase completion, you'll be directed to a download page. Simply click the designated buttons to download your files. Additionally, you will receive an email with a download link. For further details, you can read our section How to Purchase and Download Digital Products
